Indonesia CX Week 2025, the country’s largest customer experience conference, will take place from November 17 to 19, 2025. The event will feature more than 30 national and international speakers covering topics such as leadership, service recovery, digital transformation, and the role of AI in customer experience.

Indonesia Customer Experience Week (ICXW) brings together decision-makers, CX professionals, service leaders, and digital innovators from across Southeast Asia. Hosted by The Bridge Academy, Indonesia’s leading CX consulting and training provider, the event highlights best practices, fosters collaboration, and sets new standards in customer experience management.

Yes, the bundling option can be used either by one person for both days or by two people on the same day. If used by two people, each person is required to register separately.
